On the day of the Virgin of Guadalupe, very important festival in Santa Fe, the ceremony began at 12am, led by Father Mario D `Angelo (who was for many years chaplain to the sisters) and concelebrated by Fr Claudio Bianculi and P. Carlos Cepeda. The three dear novices made their temporary profession, issuing their vows of chastity, poverty and obedience and live accepting the constitutions of the Congregation. Received the medal sign of their consecration. They were accompanied by all the Family Eucharistic Reparation: the congregation of Eucharistic Missionaries of Nazareth, the institution of lay Eucharistic Missionaries of Nazareth, Eucharistic Union member Reconstructive members of the new group of collaborating REMA (Maternal Eucharistic Repair), family, friends and faithful. Enjoying a beautiful sunny autumn day, after the ceremony share a celebratory meal in the courtyard of the house of St. Mary of Nazareth formation, from noon until evening. We thank God for the vocation of our sisters and ask them the grace to be faithful and steadfast in their commitment. Also ask for the Eucharistic refreshing charisma, which leads us to accompany the most neglected of all: Jesus in the Eucharist in the tabernacle, is increased by more Eucharistic missionary vocations. EASTER 2013
Easter Sunday, 31 March 2013 Dear brothers and sisters in Rome and throughout the world, Happy Easter! Happy Easter! What a joy it is for me to announce this message: Christ is risen! I would like it to go out to every house and every family, especially where the suffering is greatest, in hospitals, in prisons … Most of all, I would like it to enter every heart, for it is there that God wants to sow this Good News: Jesus is risen, there is hope for you, you are no longer in the power of sin, of evil! Love has triumphed, mercy has been victorious! The mercy of God always triumphs! We too, like the women who were Jesus’ disciples, who went to the tomb and found it empty, may wonder what this event means (cf. Lk 24:4). What does it mean that Jesus is risen? It means that the love of God is stronger than evil and death itself; it means that the love of God can transform our lives and let those desert places in our hearts bloom. The love God can do this! This same love for which the Son of God became man and followed the way of humility and self-giving to the very end, down to hell - to the abyss of separation from God - this same merciful love has flooded with light the dead body of Jesus, has transfigured it, has made it pass into eternal life. Jesus did not return to his former life, to earthly life, but entered into the glorious life of God and he entered there with our humanity, opening us to a future of hope. This is what Easter is: it is the exodus, the passage of human beings from slavery to sin and evil to the freedom of love and goodness. Because God is life, life alone, and we are his glory: the living man (cf. Irenaeus, Adversus Haereses, 4,20,5-7). Dear brothers and sisters, Christ died and rose once for all, and for everyone, but the power of the Resurrection, this passover from slavery to evil to the freedom of goodness, must be accomplished in every age, in our concrete existence, in our everyday lives. How many deserts, even today, do human beings need to cross! Above all, the desert within, when we have no love for God or neighbour, when we fail to realize that we are guardians of all that the Creator has given us and continues to give us. God’s mercy can make even the driest land become a garden, can restore life to dry bones (cf. Ez 37:1-14). So this is the invitation which I address to everyone: Let us accept the grace of Christ’s Resurrection! Let us be renewed by God’s mercy, let us be loved by Jesus, let us enable the power of his love to transform our lives too; and let us become agents of this mercy, channels through which God can water the earth, protect all creation and make justice and peace flourish. And so we ask the risen Jesus, who turns death into life, to change hatred into love, vengeance into forgiveness, war into peace. Yes, Christ is our peace, and through him we implore peace for all the world. Peace for the Middle East, and particularly between Israelis and Palestinians, who struggle to find the road of agreement, that they may willingly and courageously resume negotiations to end a conflict that has lasted all too long. Peace in Iraq, that every act of violence may end, and above all for dear Syria, for its people torn by conflict and for the many refugees who await help and comfort. How much blood has been shed! And how much suffering must there still be before a political solution to the crisis will be found? Peace for Africa, still the scene of violent conflicts. In Mali, may unity and stability be restored; in Nigeria, where attacks sadly continue, gravely threatening the lives of many innocent people, and where great numbers of persons, including children, are held hostage by terrorist groups. Peace in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and in the Central African Republic, where many have been forced to leave their homes and continue to live in fear. Peace in Asia, above all on the Korean peninsula: may disagreements be overcome and a renewed spirit of reconciliation grow. Peace in the whole world, still divided by greed looking for easy gain, wounded by the selfishness which threatens human life and the family, selfishness that continues in human trafficking, the most extensive form of slavery in this twenty-first century; human trafficking is the most extensive form of slavery in this twenty-first century! Peace to the whole world, torn apart by violence linked to drug trafficking and by the iniquitous exploitation of natural resources! Peace to this our Earth! Made the risen Jesus bring comfort to the victims of natural disasters and make us responsible guardians of creation. Dear brothers and sisters, to all of you who are listening to me, from Rome and from all over of the world, I address the invitation of the Psalm: “Give thanks to the Lord for he is good; for his steadfast love endures for ever. Let Israel say: ‘His steadfast love endures for ever’” (Ps 117:1-2). GREETING Dear Brothers and Sisters, to you who have come from all over the world to this Square at the heart of Christianity, and to you linked by modern technology, I repeat my greeting: Happy Easter! Bear in your families and in your countries the message of joy, hope and peace which every year, on this day, is powerfully renewed. May the risen Lord, the conqueror of sin and death, be a support to you all, especially to the weakest and neediest. Thank you for your presence and for the witness of your faith. A thought and a special thank-you for the beautiful flowers, which come from the Netherlands. To all of you I affectionately say again: may the risen Christ guide all of you and the whole of humanity on the paths of justice, love and peace. © Copyright 2013 - Libreria Editrice Vaticana Our Nazareth is celebrating. Why? It is the day devoted to congratulate our Blessed Manuel Gonzalez. DAY 3: In our church, San Juan de los Panetes, had a very intimate act, exposed the Blessed Sacrament, pray Vespers, meditation and worship. So we wanted to prepare for the big day. Chaired all acts by Don Sergio Perez, our Advisor. DAY 4: In our church, we celebrate the Holy Mass of Thanksgiving, also chaired by D. Sergio, the spiritual Father concelebrated by Don Jose Maria Navarro from the seminary and two seminarians acolytes. The Holy Mass was celebrated with great solemnity and above all very experienced, Don Sergio in his homily made us strong charisma of the FER. He furthered this phrase of Our. Founder: "Is not that the look of Jesus Christ in these tabernacles is a look that pierces the soul and never forgets?". Although all not I. Upon completion we venerate the relic. Next we shared the dining room and snack fraternally. Here we had a "toast" greeting to Blessed with our lighted candles. He lived a very nice and you could tell he was partying UNER. The attendance was very large and thank God breathed a great love for the Blessed Manuel Gonzalez and his work. I can say that the our Eucharistic charism is alive. On January 4, the first Friday of the month, the FER of Tenerife met at Mary Immaculate Parish and Blessed Manuel Gonzalez located in Cuevas Blancas (in the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife). Along with the parish community shared a moment of encounter with Jesus in Eucharistic adoration, and then the Mass, concelebrated by the pastor, Valentin Gonzalez Vargas and UNER adviser, Daniel Padilla Piñero. Before leaving, in the Eucharistic celebration was the veneration of the relic of Blessed Manuel. At the end, Don Valentin invited us to a room of the parish to share a snack and fraternal joy for the gift that the Lord has done in the person and holiness of Blessed Manuel González García. On January 4, 2013 Familia Eucarística Reparadora in Albacete have been celebrating. We have joined with the many people who like us on this day were celebrating. It was the feast of our founder, Blessed Manuel Gonzalez, our D. Manuel. We spoke of Blessed Manuel Gonzalez, his life, his testimony and faith in the Eucharist, Jesus made bread for our food. We have also discussed the document prepared by the last Synod of Bishops, which proposes a new evangelization for the new times. How beautiful to hear everything they say the bishops and the Pope on how faith is an encounter with Jesus who saves, how we are to pass on the faith to our word and our testimony. We also mentioned briefly document the Pope on peace. The weather has been the only problem, because we were all enthralled and we have had the bell, we had to go to church and share our joy with all the Parish of the Assumption, we prayed the Rosary to the Blessed Sacrament and, finally, Mass has been an encounter with Jesus in the Eucharist, from which we get the strength to continue living. D. José Luis, the Pastor and our advisor, explained how D. Manuel saw Jesus, just as the apostles were in their day. Everyone saw and found, as the Gospel says that Jesus is the source of life and hope. Now we go home happy, wanting to be new evangelizers, in order put in our minds and in our hearts to follow Jesus by our friend and partner, to share it with those who turn away from Him or not yet known , so that He is the center of our own and therefore love God and above all let ourselves be loved by God, as you rightly said D. José Luis in his homily. This joy we share with so many people who like us have been held in this January 4 the feast of Blessed Manuel Gonzalez, our D. Manuel. Teresa Martinez Mirror Yesterday January 4, in the city of Málaga, parish of the Shrine, we had Mass in memory of our beloved founder in his birth to heaven. We have the support of many members of the FER, and supporters of the work of our blessed devotees. The Mass was presided D. Francisco Gonzalez, rector of the major seminary, and D. José Fenoy accompanied by several seminarians who at the same time is the choir and in charge with liturgical and other presents. In the homily he introduced us to Bto. Manuel Gonzalez as a witness yet model, as it was throughout his life, a notice of the living presence of Jesus in the Eucharist and is abandoned. And so today and this charisma and purpose of the Year of Faith, repeating the words that tell the Bto. John Paul II at the beatification ceremony, in which he proposed as the model and witness to the Church for their faith. Faith made him move in two dimensions that had a single center, pastoral and social activity that flowed from his contemplation of the Eucharist ... In these times of great need, we are invited to imitate in the give and give to God and neighbor. He recalled the importance of praying how he, reading and meditation of the Gospel in the light of the lamp of the Shrine ... In the end we went to venerate the relic while prints calendars were delivered and thoughts of Blessed Manuel. One of the activities of UNER in Tenerife as Christmas approaches is to visit the Reception House "Mother of the Redeemer", whose director is the priest Don Julian de Armas, who was for many years the National Adviser of UNER. As recalled D. Julian, the UNER has over 20 years visiting and working with this institution housing the elderly and disabled of the islands in this Diocese, and is a source of joy and meeting place for all, in particular within the framework of the preparation time Christmas. The visit took place on Friday 14 December. There he celebrated Mass, and then shared songs and snacks to residents. On December 6, 2012 there was the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the inauguration of the Work for the Tabernacles-Calvaries in the city of Burgos with a solemn Eucharist presided by D. José Cerreda Cilla and held in the Parish of the Holy Family. Accompanied by the Sections of Poza de la Sal, Briviesca, Pradoluengo, Gamonal, Eucharistic Missionaries of Nazareth of Palencia and joined in prayer, the 400 contemplative "Marias" of the Diocese requested for abundant fruit. |
